Along Kenya’s coast, fisher folk organizations e.g Beach Management Units(BMU's), Civil Society Organisations(CSO's), cooperatives, and community groups are being strengthened to become resilient, accountable institutions.

Professional HR practices are strengthened, including recruitment, retention, mentorship, and performance appraisal. These systems ensure organizations attract and retain skilled personnel while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
